In small businesses, defined as under 50 employees, it is the business owner who must craft what the business will be, how it will operate, and inspiring customers, staff, vendors, and community to support the business. Wow! No wonder business owners have a challenge finding enough time. And that’s not all. As you know, and perhaps you’ve experienced, business owners often need to be a line worker to get the job done, especially in these challenging times.
Most business owners accept the responsibility of leading the business and working in the business.
The challenge, or opportunity, for them (business owners) is in managing their operation.
